I work on the road all day, and dont have acess to heat up food, and im loosing my mind eating tuna and cold chicken!! any suggestions on some meals that i can eat cold that arent bad, also if there is something i can add to my protien shakes to increase the calories and carb content? currently i eat alot of hardboiled eggs and cold oatmeal for a couple of my meals, and tuna and cold chicken. Thanks for any suggestions!!!
