I won't be going there! You do understand? Lol. Im not out for an I told you so. I'm doing this for me. I had been so busy with my business that I forgot about myself. I was always naturally strong and lean. You may not believe this but I actually had a 6 pack until I was well into my 30's. I played Minor League baseball and Football in HS so I have always lifted and been active. I layed off for a few years to get my business going and thank goodness it has gone well. Now its time for me!

Thanks but as you stated the scale isnt the goal. I have lost 9 more lbs , my lowest weight in years, But Im definately not happy at all at this point....I took that Monster Amino back and ordered some of the Amino that you have also. I started taking that oil yesterday and MY GOD does it taste like ass!

    Thanks!

Looking forward to seeing how I will respond to the new work out program. I did back today and I am having a hard time mentally with the fact that Im lifting less weight on my 3-4 set....I feel like I m working much harder though!

    Thanks
