does anyone use dumbbell hooks like these:

i'm thinking of buying them just for my dumbbell shoulder press. i can get
100's up on my own for 8-10 reps with no lift. i somehow manage to knee em up to shoulder level. i feel like i could be gettin better shoulder development if i could hook my dumbbells to a bar above my shoulders and rack em on the bar at the end of my set. this is the only exercise i'd use em for and maybe decline dumbbell press. any opinions?
