Just wanted to post saying this site is awesome. Seems like there are a lot of people who are interested in helping, and less flaming than some forums I've been on before. Lots of different perspectives on training and all aspects of lifting. Thanks!

BTW I've been incredibly busy with school and just now getting back into lifting. I'm a little guy, 5'8" and in my best shape was about 175-180 lbs with visible abs, not sure of body fat levels. For a long time I've wanted to be big, and with the help of this site I have restored faith that someday I might reach 190 or wonder what 200 would be like.
