    Bulking Diet

    stats 6 feet
    187 pounds
    10.3% bodyfat
    very active.

    8am egg whites, 2 normal eggs, cup of oatmeal or 3 eggos , and a some flax seed oil tbsp

    10am plate of pasta with some beef, and i put cheese on pasta,
    pre-workout I take a protein shake and eat some 1-2 oranges

    12:01pm workout
    1pm post-workout I take a 600 calorie weight gainer

    1:45-2pm plate of pasta with some beef, and i put cheese on pasta

    3:30pm another weight gainer

    5:30m Steak / with sweet patatos / some vegies,

    7:00pm another weight gainer

    9:00pm 2 patatos, can of tuna, and some flax seed oil

    11:00pm some cotage cheese and flax oil


    I also intake 1/2 can of cashew and also 2 banana's during the day, 3 glasses of milk,

    I'm hard gainer so I'm wondering if I do a cycle of AAS, if this diet is correct or if I need to change a bit, I know I am atleast getting close to 5k of calories and I am not gaining fat.

    (with weight gainer, I get 1800 calories, 150g of protein, and 240g of carbs) (flax seed oil - 380 calories of fat)

    ****nope, omit this shake and eat chicken or tuna with fat

    9:00pm 2 patatos, can of tuna, and some flax seed oil

    ****OK

    11:00pm some cotage cheese and flax oil

    ****For hard gainers I say eat beef and fat before bed.

    NO AAS yet get the diet in check.

    I am a very hard gainer and maybe if you only had three carb meals per day that were ww pasta for two of them and a green veggie for the third, then your body would be more carb sensitive and it would be easier to gain. I would definitely drop the gainer cuz it has shit carbs in it. stick with the natural foods.
