****For hard gainers I say eat beef and fat before bed.
I also intake 1/2 can of cashew and also 2 banana's during the day, 3 glasses of milk,
I'm hard gainer so I'm wondering if I do a cycle of AAS, if this diet is correct or if I need to change a bit, I know I am atleast getting close to 5k of calories and I am not gaining fat.
(with weight gainer, I get 1800 calories, 150g of protein, and 240g of carbs) (flax seed oil - 380 calories of fat)
