Ever heard of cell phone Spyware?

I have been getting some wierd vibes from my wife lately. I have heard of several software programs that youcan download to someones phone andget all of their texts andeven listen in on their calls. Has anyone ever heard of these programs?

I think I worded this wrong. I am looking for a program that I can download to my wifes computer that lets me see all of her text messages and even beable to listen to her conversations. there are several programs out there, but Im not sure which one, if any of them, are good.

Your ignorant because they are completely LEGAL. You should try to have a clue what you are talking about before you start talking about it. I dont know, it just seems logical to me.

Have you got proof of this? Legal, in the United States? I find that very hard to believe. A paper in the UK was sued recently after another newspaper, The Guardian, revealed that the News of the World had been doing to celebrities exactly what you are after.

Pm rhulfreak he should be of some assistance. You two may become good friends aswell. I see similar characteristics already.

Let me know when you get the program so I can tell your girl you can see all those texts she's been sending me

Spying on her text messages/conversations is a shitty thing, I mean he doesn't trust her. But, and I mean its possible, what if nothing is going on. What if there is nothing incriminating there. Think he's gonna tell his wife what he's done? Where do you think the element of mistrust is going to shift to then?

He should confront her. Plain and simple. If she denies it, he should then ask to see her phone messages. He should be diplomatic about it, going in like a bull in a china shop, especially if she is innocent, is just going to piss her off and she wont show him the phone out of priniciple.

IF they have a grownup conversation about it, then asking if he could see her messages isn't a massive thing. Nothing to hide, then she'll prove it.

i see ur point man, i really do.

however, she will not admitt it, innocent or guilty. asking for her phone is a dissaster waiting to happen. talk about a fight, if she denies and u keep pushing it all hell will break loose.
i would hire a P.I, keep it simple. if the proof is there, they will find it.
if not, she will never know and he can sleep at night again...

    glad it aint me.

Well, for the most part , mooseman beat me to it. Of course I hav tried talking / asking, but like moose says, do u really think she would tell me the truth if she was f'n around? And yes, it is legal for me to read my wifes mail, email, texts etc... Finally, she is my wife, not a girlfriend and we hav a boy so I don't think the best thing to do is just assume "its already over" because some things seem suspicious to me. I admit it seems like a wierd thing to do. Hell, I feel wierd doing it, but I would feel even weirder wondering if something IS going on behind my back for the rest of my life.

Agreed, u can't hardly trust anyone completely. It makes me sick to hear about those couples that hav been together for like 20 years and then get a divorce cuz one of them starts f'n around. It could happen to anyone. Just another one of those shhiitty facts of life.

so, my general take on what most people on thhis tread is saying is that I should give up my marriage and son because of a SUSPICION. Just ask yourself, what if you left and you were wrong? You had a faithful wife and son and "made a mistake" and have destroyed your entire family. I would rather be a little too "snoopy" than to make that mistake. If you cant see that than I think you need to reevalute your priority list. On my priority list my family happens to rank higher than my pride. So, hell yes I would swallow my pride and behave in a borderline stalker manner to save my family. For those of you that actually tried to give some realistic input, I appreciate it. For the rest of you; suck a sweaty sack. :you sucking a nut sack smilie:

If you are in a marriage I dont think you should was away due to suspicion. You do need to find out what is going on though. Dont KEEP looking for something because eventually you will find something or make it up in your mind.

If it was me I would do the phone tap/software for a while, maybe a week. If I found nothing after a week or so then forget it, it's done. If you cant stop looking then YOU have a problem.

You also need to ask yourself what you are going to do if you find out she is cheating or whatever? Do you want to try to fix it, bail out ($$$$$$) decide you want to have an open marriage and you do the same or dont say anything and just do your own thing?
