But no actually ive been doing research and implementing this for a while now
and i believe its a better alternative to the pro/carb PWO meal,especially
after cardio. In past years various things have changed in PWO ways of
thinking.My body doesnt react well to carbs so i needed another fuel source
to replace it PWO thus EFA's were incorporated. Having looked into EFA's i
found that they help increase energy production,help us to repair and
manufacture our cell membranes,and ive also read they aid in recovery,
oxygen delivery to muscles, have anti-inflammatory properties,and increase
protein synthesis.In another article i found it suggest Efas are greatly
beneficial for overall health, and perhaps most important to young
bodybuilders, EFA’s promote good circulation. The ability to move increased
amounts of blood to different parts of the body increases the likelihood that
essential amino acids will be delivered to muscle tissue. Especially post-
workout, the ability to move protein-rich blood to the trained area
directly affects whether new muscle growth is initiated and sustained, or not.
Additionally, the increased circulation leads to longer cardio endurance,
better pumps, and more blood being pumped into the muscle group.
Ive been using the Udo's Choice product for a while now and dropped my
carbs significantly, I feel great, energy levels are high, I still get amazing
pumps and only have carbs two maybe three times daily. I highly
