Freeware or cheap Invoice And Billing programs

Does anyone know of any good freeware or cheap Invoice And Billing programs that I could use. I have looked at simply accounting and other various programs but hoping to find something free :P

I need a program that can make invoices, add customers various things like that. Any ideas would be greatly apprieciated!

I found some really nice Excel templates free - I had to open them in openoffice to get the "protected Cells" unprotected since it was a sample. But they look nice.
Google excel invoice templates - edit = win.
Its good to get you going.
I ended up going with a more robust pay version software (PAstel) in the long run,
