I wouldnt suggest purchasing that. Look for a product that has BCAAs plus glutamine if you must. Most whey supps have enough glutamine in the first place and you should be getting enough in your diet.

Not what he asked...But anyway I will answer your question. I spoke to someone there also, They told me it was no longer stocked at the store. However they did not say it was discontinued. Maybe some stores have them and some stores dont!

Somtimes giving an answer isnt as easy as just answering an ops question!

    1. Whats an ops?

    2. Generally I would just answer a question.

EX: He asks where he can get a certain product or is it discontinued?

Your retort is. I wouldnt take that?

My answer: They are not stocking that anymore from what I was told.

Now which answer actually addresses the question?

I dont suggest wasting extra money on a glutamine only product! This is why my answer was "i wouldnt take that."

When someone tells me they are 30% bodyfat and want help with there bulking diet, i WILL NOT answer the question with"ways to bulk." That person obviously doesnt need to bulk,so the correct answer would be to send them on the right path with a proper diet instead of just answering the question as you propose! THIS is what sets apart WISDOM FROM STUPIDITY...TOP

Sorry TOP but you are so off base with this comment I cant believe you actually wrote it. You are comparing apples to oranges at best. The guy asked a very simple question wanting to know if a product had been discontinued.
This is starting to remind me of certain people in the diet section who do the same thing. Guys asks if anyone knows how many carbs are in 8oz of sweet potatoes and 7 guys post after that asking him for stats, bmr, tdee and then ask him why he wants to eat them.

And then again maybe i try to babysit to much!! I mean dont you thin k it would be better to save that cash and put it toward a BCAA+GLUTAMINE product?

Thats basically all I was saying! If the dude has a question...just answer it for gods sake. I dont play well with others? I'm just answering the guys question. Thats all.

Jungle cat? Im not sure I know what that means!

I have went through a few of your posts and there seems to be a common theme from you TOP! You are one of those " look at me guys " You want to preach instead of simply answering the question posed. I also see many many many negative posts from you....

**** So let me make this clear, I don't want or need your expertise on any post that I make. So now we have an understanding ! Thank you and best of luck to you!

Im far from a diet expert and I RESPECT a whole bunch of people on this site. Just answer the question: if you want to. I dont need to know that you are a NATURAL bodybuilder 9( As TOP has told us 100 times )and all that man. Thats great and Im not being a smart ass either. Just answer the question and if I can help in areas of my expertise I will try to do the same. Looks to me that that is what this site is all about, very intelligent people helping others out! Much respect to you Fireguy!

I know what u mean top about getting a supplement with a combination of both glutamine and aminos, but I don't want to pay alot of money for supps such as xtend that have a combination of both.
I would rather buy aminos seperate and glutamine for half the $$

Johnny check your protein supplement, this is why i usually tell people not to buy just glutamine. Its in your protein and its abundant in the foods you eat.

BCAAs are in your protein also but the service they provide is different. Thats why i would say save your money on glutamine and purchase a BCAA (leucine, isoleucin, valine)product. It doesnt have to be xtend i just said thats what i take.

Ive also heard that the majority of glutamine(90%?) is not able to be uptaken and the best way to use it is by I.V. but thats a different story.sorry for the drama in your thread!!...TOP
