I'll work out for 2-3 days in a row and be sore and worn out, but on the days when im supposed to rest, i hate not going to the gym. Do any of you feel the same way? sometimes i end up going even when i should be resting.

On rest days (2 days) I only work Calves and Abs.....I go 7 days a week......I feel the same way about not going to the gym like you.......
You grow outside of the gym.
I do 5 day split then weekends off. Problem? I work at 6am saturdays and sundays and do a decent amount of lifting. I dont think Im getting enough rest or relaxation on my off days.
thats my exact problem. i feel that i may be over doing it as well. see my thread in this section about 12 hour shfts if anyone cares![]()
im new to the gym so i love goin but i bet in a few years ill love my rest days just chilling out all night
