    I hate rest days.

I'll work out for 2-3 days in a row and be sore and worn out, but on the days when im supposed to rest, i hate not going to the gym. Do any of you feel the same way? sometimes i end up going even when i should be resting.

You break down the muscle in the gym. You need food, sleep and rest for the muscle to grow. You didnt know that?? You may have greater genetics than me so you can probably train that much. I get overtrained if I workout more than 4 days a week.
