I'm gonna starts my first bulking cycle soon. I'm using test e and dbol. Both of these are know to cause water retention. I was curious what your water intake should be per day? I usually try to get a gallon a day. And as for the diet I was ecentially going to do my contest diet but more of it. Just eat clean and get 3500 calories a day with about 70g fat, 230-270g protein, and 300g ish of carbs (mainly slow digesting) except post workout. Is eating clean and keeping sodium intake low enought to keep from gaining too much water? Thanks
