hey guys, havent posted on here regularly in well over a year, feel like an outsider lol. Still come back when i have a thirst for info though, like now.
I have started adding nuts into my diet over the past 2 months, having never really eaten them before. Been reading up on complimentary proteins on here, im guessing all nuts have the same qualities pretty much? Just see examples of eating dairy with peanuts to make a complete protein.
Milk + (ie)Cashew nuts would be a solid idea?
How about nuts immediately after a meal containing chicken?
