This is my first post and am a total newbie on steroids.
I have been working out for almost an year now. Earlier my goal was to cut where i lost successfully 17 pounds of body fat. Now i am in the process of bulking up. I have already gained some weight but would like to gain some more muscle mass. My details are as given below:
body weight= 143 pounds
height = 5 feet 4 inch
age = 28 yrs
body fat % = 17-18%
Target weight to achieve = between 155 - 160 pounds
Body fat % to achieve = around 12%
Following are my queries:
a) how to take? on empty stomach or with meals? before or after workout? my local pharmacist told me to take one before a workout and one after workout with meals?
b) how much should i take in a day and when? As this is the first time i will be using steroids.
c) how much time should i give between consuming the tablet before and after a workout?
d) since this will affect my liver and i have been taking liv 52 for the past one month. How can i include liv 52 with anabol to keep my liver from severe damage?
e) Are the above figures (body weight and BF%) possible to achieve while on Anabol 5mg?
e) i have read that using anabol increases water retension and fat storage? water retension is not a problem but fat storage how can i stop or at least slow down this possibility?
f) any thing else that i should be taking care of while on steroids?
g) what is the cycling period for anabol? and if i completly stop taking anabol after achieving my target will it have affect on my size / strength?
