    FINALLY...my post cycle pics.

    I added a before pic so you have something to compare. The weight difference is about 170lbs to 200lbs. Let me know what you bros think. I know the camera sucked so the pics might not be great. I'm open to suggestions...Don't flame to bad

    Yeah - his lower quadriceps development. Many people begin legs with larger upper quads from half squats, shorter range heavy weight leg exercises and a basic track and field history... he has been doing some type of training get that lower to come up so fast. For his beginner overall size - he has good lower quads.

    Your quads are looking really good. I know you can add more size..and you will...but your teardrop is already coming in very nicely. And you Hammies didn't look neglected at all either.

    Upperbody is looking good too. I just think you have alot of potential with your quads.

    I already have a few stretch marks on the inside of my arms from a while ago, and Jon I think my armsn were 17inches there, if I remember correctly, don't quote me on that though.
    Thanks for the compliments bro's, I'm getting back in the gym after a 2 week layoff today, hopefully haven't lost too much.
