I've been reading here for awhile,but now need some advice.
1st stats
Age 42. Wt 190. Ht 5'9". Bf 8-9%
Goals, looking for lean gains with no bloat and keeping BF in check
Training, for over 10 years so not new to the gym. Train on a 6 day split and cardio 3x a week. 1 hit and 2 30 min sessions.
Diet, cals at main levels cause like i said not looking to get overly big just a few LBS of lean gains.
Past supps just some PH's
Ok there a little summary heres whats been recommended to me.
test prop 400mgs 1-12 weeks
eg 400mgs 1-10 weeks
arimidex .5mds a day
And of course all the PCT supps
