Hey everyone
I've been lurking on this forum for a long time and read everything there is about different steroids, pct, nutrition, etc etc. But I still cant figure out what to do with this first cycle of mine, I feel confused.
Background:
23 year old, training MMA since 2000 on and off, seriously for the last 2 years.
6 feet 185 pounds. Weakest part is upper body, strong legs and core.
I am going to brazil in the beginning of january for training and travel, I want to put on some muscle and lose a little body fat. I have a good diet and follow it regularly. My goal is to not lose much endurance during this first cycle, keep as much gains as I can, and not have steroids show in any tests 6 months to 1 year from now.
I only have 4-5 weeks and I understand this is a short time, is it anything I can do steroid wise and will I have time for PCT? I am pretty much only doing this for the beach, I dont want to change anything fighting wise.
