Prop cycle NEED HELP!!

Hi i am 26 years old and have just started my Test prop cycle.
i am 5'7" 170lb and 9% BF

i did my first injection earlier today in the ventur glute and its a little sore but other than that its ok.
MY heart has a little not pain but pressure idk if this is normal or something i should be worried about? please let me know!

here is my cycle can you guys please critique it!! also should i possibly hold off onthe arimidex on my cycle since it might limit my gains and only take it if i get estrogen symptoms??

myquestion is am i doing everything corectly? is htere somehting i should change? also idk if i should hold off on the Arimidex and only take it if i get gyno symptoms what do you guys think? please help!

Ari for when needed because it will inhibit gains,yes.
Dont need Vitamin E,this way of thinking is outdated.
Pct starts 3 days after last shot. Pct looks fine.
You might not even need the hcg imo.

Yes dont use the adex unless you need it.
