Hope u can help what it is i have a small competion in June and need to now what i should be taken.I have been trainin for the last 4 years i have already done 2 cycle that was only for 10 weeks just doin 2 shots of sus a week im thinkin of going to start doing sus,deca,tren what would be the best cycle or is there a better way to go b4 the comp?

waight is 14 stone
18% body fat
