Great site you people have here, tons of info.
I have a few friends at my gym that have confided in me thier experiance with AS. The feedback for the most part is very positive and I think they know what they are talking about, at least I hope so. Each friend has like 10 years using EXP. We are all in our 30s and I am not as nearly as fit as them.
I'm 5'11 225lbs 23% bf about (caliper reading) I have been lifting off and on for 12 yrs, out for extended periods due to Work, raising family, two shoulder surgerys, Hern Disc surgery and hip surgery (bone spur). I have been hard at it for a year now and i would like to up the stakes.
My weight has only dropped 10 pounds but my clothes all fit way different and my body is changing but at a snails pace. Strength is alot better, night and day from a year ago. I have even begun working squats and deadlifts (no squats since collage football)into my routine with good results.
I carry 95% of my fat on my chest and stomach, arms,legs and ass are tight.
Training has always come easy for me but staying within my macros will always be a fight.
I fight to keep them under 2300 and eating much less than this really sucks because I feel weak and then the level of intensity of traning is compromised.
From what i have come up with searches I am too fat to gear up?
My buds recomended TEST with SUPER TREM and some nolvadex to get me jump started. What do you people think of that?
My doc said my test is below normal and gave me andro gel but I might aswell be rubbing peanut butter on myself because I can't tell any difference.
Sorry for the life history, thought i might get more accurate info with a little bio on myself.
