    starting a cycle

    ok FINALLY gonna ****ing start a cycle after i tried to buy one 2 weeks ago but when i put the 95 bucks in the moneygram machine it ****ing jammed took my money, i was super pissed for over 2 days straight.

    anyways i've been lifting on and off since 12 i just started training again about 4 months ago, i stopped lifting about 2 years ago b4 that so im back to my b4 lifting stats basicly which is shit....

    5'10.5 170 pounds

    165 benchpress
    105 shoulder press

    my diet is nothing specific just try to eat 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight followed by eating as little white foods like white bread as possible, and get my carbs from whole grain food, i also will be taking a multi vitamin tablet every day

    my cycle will look like this

    test e 750mg 1-12
    nolvadex 3 weeks after week 12 20mg ed for 4 weeks..

    now guys here are the rules for my thread

    1. no saying DUDE WAIT till ur natural peak, or till u gain size, i already know i should gain more muscle size first b4 i start, but i don't feel like waiting, whenever people start saying this, it starts a flame war.


    anyways im hoping that in the 3 months of the cycle from start to finish i will go from a 165 bench to at least 230 by the end.

    there is no reason to start at 750mg/week, your pct start time is off, and your pct is sub-par, otherwise considering your disclaimers I'll just say good luck and leave it at that.

    first cycle you should stick to 500mg a week 750 is a bit high if you do get sides. What is your body fat? if its over 15% ur at risk for bloat and high blood preassure so keep that in mind. Your pct is kindof wack you should definately add some clomid in there. Good luck!

    2. if anyone else says.... dude ur gonna lose all ur gains cuz u didn't have a base to begin with... ok this is the stupidest thing ever as long as u train with half a brain, eat well, you should be able to keep most of ur gains, ur base has little to do with ur keep gains.

    It seems like you have your mind made up so instead of arguing with you, I will try and help

    Typical first cycle should consist of:

    *Test E or C (makes no difference) at 500mg a week for 10 or 12 weeks.

    *PCT should be a combo of Nolvadex/Clomid (research the dose of each- theres a lot of ways to go about it)

    *PCT should start two weeks after your last injection

    *Inject twice a week (Monday/Thursday works fine)

    *If you start to see signs of gyno, takes 10mg EOD of Nolva to knock it out

    Start clomid 2 weeks after last shot, keep nolva on hand in case of gyno, and keep it to 500mg test a wk.

    Yeah, I'd definetly lower the dosage to 500mgs a week. You will also need some clomid in your cycle.

    HERE IS WHAT YOUR PCT SHOULD LOOK LIKE:
    Clomid 100/50/50/50 2 weeks after your last injection
    Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 same with the 2 weeks.

    As for your diet goes, you'll need to get at least 200mgs of protien.
