my diet is nothing specific just try to eat 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight followed by eating as little white foods like white bread as possible, and get my carbs from whole grain food, i also will be taking a multi vitamin tablet every day

nolvadex 3 weeks after week 12 20mg ed for 4 weeks..
now guys here are the rules for my thread
1. no saying DUDE WAIT till ur natural peak, or till u gain size, i already know i should gain more muscle size first b4 i start, but i don't feel like waiting, whenever people start saying this, it starts a flame war.
2. if anyone else says.... dude ur gonna lose all ur gains cuz u didn't have a base to begin with... ok this is the stupidest thing ever as long as u train with half a brain, eat well, you should be able to keep most of ur gains, ur base has little to do with ur keep gains.
anyways im hoping that in the 3 months of the cycle from start to finish i will go from a 165 bench to at least 230 by the end.
