I was thinking whey. When should I drink it, before or after? I've been confused with this for years!
I workout in the morning so first thing is I eat 8 egg whites and dry oats, go to the gym. For Post Workout I drink it while Im doing cardio. But having said that I have been reading that your body can't digest your 40-50 grams of whey protein that quick so I drink 1/3 of my whey protein every 10 mins so that I am able to absorb all the protein.
i always have a shake right after my workout, to get some nutrients into my muscles ASAP. then within 30min im ready for a full meal.
ill also have a shake first thing when i wake up, to get some quick calories into me, after starving all night. and then i eat a solid meal within an hour.
