I do s!ssy squats quit a bit, for sure when I get close to show. they really bring out some details in your quads. I also do them during bulking just not as much, probably every other quad workout. Not trying to brag just telling so that you know that i know what i'm talking about, but I squat 485lbs and my legs are a little over 28 inches(i know its not real impressive but better than the average joe). I also do forms of s!ssy squats on the leg press and i put my feet down as low as they can possibly go on the sled and then take it down to where my calves and hams meet and press back up. I aslo do them on hack squats by putting my feet as far back as they can go on the platform and go as low down as they machine can go and push it back up. They will give you one of the biggest pumps that you have ever had in your quads. Try them i think you will like the feeling.
