Im going to roll with something like a keto diet and see what happens. Never did this before. Thanks to Top, Twist and Musclescience I think I have a good grip on how it can work. Just looking for extra feedback

Im going to roll like this. Obvoiusly cutting.
Bmr - 1850
Tdee - 2850
Daily cals - 2200/day
Weight training x 4 days
L.I.cardio x 5 days/45 - 60 min
Week 1 - mon - fri - 50%p / 40%f / 9%c , Sat/Sun 1 carb meal each day probably in the am
Week 2 - mon - sat same as above, then Sun full refeed.
Like I said, I have never tried this before so theres only 1 way to find out....
