With Rampage agreeing to finish out his contract, LHW is intresting again

Page is probably my favorite fighter, certainly my fav LHW.

I think him coming back really stirs up some good fights.

Things I look forward to in the most exciting division (LHW)

*Rashad Vs. Silva - A good test for Sugar. The guy has good foot work, keeps moving, will be interesting to see how he handles Silva's aggressive striking, after falling victim to Matchita's karate blows.

*Will be interesting to see how much of a force Anderson Silva turns out to be in a deep deep class. If Anderson beats another top 10 LHW, I don't see how anyone can still consider Fedor the best P4P currently fighting as Silva has made 185'ers and 205'ers appear to be elementary kids, toying with them.

    *The Rematch......Shogun Vs. Matchita.
Shogun, certainly my 2nd favorite LHW. I feel he won that first fight, but the judges just did not see it the way I did. But I really look forward to this fight. Shogun is improving every fight since his surgery, is using different tactics, he's evolving with the sport. Sadly, I see Matchita coming out on top as he seems enormously hungry to be the best in the world, and better understands what Shogun brings now.

    *Page vs. Rashad.
Being a huge Page fan, I think this fight could go either way. The fight falls in Pages favor I feel because while Rashad moves well, He's going to have a really hard time catching Page with his hands down, and if he does, Pages chin is probably only 2nd to Henderson's. I don't see either guy using wrestling, Rashad has not put a fight there in a long time, nor has Page. But even if Rashad is a better wrestler, Page's size will help, and he's never been GnP'd out and Rashad won't sub him. I feel it stays on the feet, and Page catches him similar to Matchita, in close on the seperation......Rashad just drops his hands, maybe focusing on those feet moving too much.

There are a million other fights too, I'd love to see a Forrest/Page rematch also.

throw in jon jones, silva moving up and what you mentioned above and i think they need a tourney style thing with a round robin and everything. set up brackets and have the winner face the champ.

the ufc has too many guys hurt and so on to just cherry pick matches. the way the pulled cain from carwin to get carwin to fight brock is a good example. instead of letting fighters fight up to the belt, they were tampering with the match ups to try to create good matches. they need to let the results in the ring do that.

Well May 29 is alomost here! If Rampage can land something big early he can end it, but if rashad smothers Jackson he can make it a boring but dominating win by ground n pound and controlling jackson on his back!
