Instead of eating them, would drinking them be ideal?

They cook so fast, I don't imagine we lose anything. Plus, that's gross!
Well, Im really just asking if it would have the same effect in my diet basically.
They make pasteurized ones that are ready to drink.
phates a big advocate for drinking them. im not sure of the website but you can buy them in 5gal buckets

I love em. Add a little protein powder for flavor, I like strawberry.
I often add ground oats for a quick breakfast.
I've also used the Egg Beaters brand of egg whites. As far as I know, they're the same thing and you can get them at the grocery store in a smaller size. Maybe try that before committing to a large order.

I used to like eggs cooked but lately I just cant do it unless they are dressed up with extras. I get the whites in the carton at my grocery. Every morning I put in 8 eggs worth plus cinnamon, splenda, oats and some water to thin it and knock it down. Breakfast at my desk in 5 minutes.
Gonna look into that 5 gal. Wow Im gonna need a second fridge.
raw eggs and a lil milk nice.
I drink 28 egg whites a day, If i have to eat them then my stomach will be full that it will be difficult to take in other foods and i do it while bulking. If i have to cut then i prefer eating them cooked just to get that stomach full feeling.
If you cook them you get biotin from them and are able to absorb more of the protein... but I would rather drink eggs than eat them.
eating lots of egg whites can lead to biotin deficiency, unlikely to happen unless it's the only thing you eat.
Egg whites have avidin which can bind biotin and prevent it's absorption. Egg yolks have a good amount of biotin, so eat a yolk
raw for me, I love the taste, oh wait...there is no taste in egg whites!
I mix up 10-12 with oatmeal in the blender every mourning, never had any problems. I just don't have the time, or the stomach capacity for that matter, to cook and eat them properly. Does gross out the roommate a bit though...![]()
I can't stand the sides of drinking 1 cup+ of egg whites every day. Er well my family can't.
Just make sure they are good, you don't want the chance of bacteria, and your face in the bowl...
no DONT drink them. The bioavailability of the protein decreases two fold. Raw eggs have trypsin inhibtors which reframes digestive enzyme activity. cook them.
4 grams protein for 1 large cooked egg white, http://www.livestrong.com/thedailypl...g+white+cooked
3.6 grams protein for 1 large raw egg white, http://www.livestrong.com/thedailypl...=egg+white+raw
i guess you could lose about 4 grams of protein if you eat 10 raw eggs, but not that significant...
i do 12 every morning 10 whites and 2 whole eggs wash down with pint of milk, 220g cooked oats and half a banana. meal one of 8
Are they safe to drink?
I drink them all the time and its safe in my country atleast.
I add 1-2 to my morning shake with BCAA's, Leucine, Creatine Mono. Then I cook 7-8 and eat them 20-30mins later with Omag a3.
