What supplement is best for "Rest days?"

Ok so I have to ask what supplement is good for rest days?

like should i still take my whey protein and that is it?

how much protein should i consume on days off?

I take the GNC brand of wheybolic 60 or something like that, it has 60grams of protein per serving.

I am trying to lose fat and gain muscle so are there any kind of pills i could take that burn fat?
I mean I know it won't MELT the pounds off me lmao, but it would be something to help me while i am on my days off and even days i am lifting.

    input would be greatly appriciated!

I'm actually trying to bulk so this may not be much help. However, there is a ton of info on this site about all that. Run a search for "Fat Loss" and you will get lots of information.
When I was new to the board that's what I did and I got a ton of good stuff out of it.
I personally do not like the GNC protein powders. There are much better quality items out there, such as CytoSport Muscle Milk.
Also, if you want a place where you can see member's reviews of products, go to bulknutrition.com . I buy from that site and it's helpful to see the reviews before you plunk down the dinero.

yeah, one reason why i don't drink it.

anyways, one other reason i got the GNC brand is because it was cheap, yeah i knwo i get what i pay for but with my workouts i burn up all that crap while im working out.

I never truely leaned out until I dropped all of the supplements. I switched to nothing but whole foods and a.m. cardio and fat started falling off. It has been quite the transformation. I use a multi-vitamin and a preworkout drink (when I feel like spending the $). Good luck to you.
