    Sus 250 soft cycle

In order to take sus250 does your goal need to
be to build as much muscle as possible or can you take it like one a month for example to just help you build muscle because I know you need testosterow to build muscle so would that help, or is it only for people who want to be body builders?

I know I need to make sure my diet and training is right but I figured some extra testosterone would help.

Hold on solider for one minute,

I think you need to dod alot of researching before you start anything,

    What are your stats?
How long have you been training?
Do you understand the side effects of taking gear?

Yeh your right about the research that's why I'm asking around before I do anything. My stats are 145lbs and my goal is 190lbs. It's not massive which is why I wanted to ask if sus needs to be taken regurlarly or can it be taken just as an aid in extra testosterone like once a month or whatever.

I've been training since I was 18 and I'm about to turn 22 so I hve a foundation though I lost alot of my muscle because I went overseas an had no way of triaing other than body weight excercises.

Your to young to take steroid, In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.

You really sound like you know what you're talking about. No I definetly do not want those side effects so I won't be taking anything. While I do want to build muscle, the amount I want is naturally atainable so no point in risking my health.

    thanks alot

    Thats a wise move on

Yes you can gain alot more naturally at your age, its all in your diet, what you need to do is go down to the diet section and post your exact diet with what you are trying to achieve, the guys down there will design you a diet to suit your needs, get some quality supps ie protein powder, creatine, vits ect and your good to go. best of luck

Wait till your 24-25yrs old before taking steroid, by that time you will have a great base to work off and you will be in a far better position than you are now.
