From what I have read, it is better to rotate to keep muscle scarring to a minimum
Switch up spots to help prevent scar tissue from building up. Depending on how frequently you are injecting, and how much of the compound you are injecting will determine a lot.
What are you injecting?
i inject once a week , i alternate ass cheeks 1 week in the left 1 week in the right has worked out pretty well for me
you could try your quads, I prefer the glute but I know some who say that a 26 gauge in the leg is painless.
(Long time reader 1st time poster, hey everybody!)
i started with glutes for safety reasons but now that i think i know what i'm doing i have tried quads once and i like it. its right in front and you can use both hands easily and see well.
I'm a bitch so I stick to the old fashioned way.... the glutes, baby!
I have never tried glutes, I like quads most.
delts are the best for me.
but have to rotate them sites fellas
I have a set rotation schedule. I started in my glutes till I knew what I was doing, then started moving to other spots. injecting in the same spot over and over again will generate lots of scar tissue.
r glute
l glute
r quad
l quad
r delt
l delt
repeat
Depending on how often your pinning (test cyp 2x a week) you should be fully healed and ready to pin again without causing to much scar tissue.
I love to pin in my delts, it just feels so good!
Anyone tried neck? I like delts and quads. Hate glutes. To much puzsy to inj arms.
i love quads now. i have only had one bad shot with them and it has become really hard to do glute shots without my ribs catching or being able t hit the right spot without moving the needle around. i can sit down with quads, use two hands, and it is pain free
I switch up a lot. Left Quad, Right Quad, Left Delt, Right Delt, Left Bicep (long head), Right Bicep (long head), Left Pec, Right Pec, Left Bicep (short head), Right Bicep (short head)....... rinse and repeat
ive only ever done delts.... going to try glutes out on monday how do you all aspirate in glutes? just use the one hand?
yeh i know that lol, i just said i always do delts. i meant how to aspirate in glutes it seems awkward twisting your body round to grab the syringe and aspirate
You can aspirate and shoot with the same hand. It just takes practice. I do it when I shoot my left quad, and my right hand is useless. All I do with my right hand is hold the sterile cotton swab, ready to put it on after my shot
Just move your hand from the chamber to the plunger. then use two fingers to draw the plunger up while still holding onto the chamber. Then release the plunger, and begin to inject
I tried doing my right quad my 1st time injecting but i only have 22 gauge needles so it was a bit umcomfortable so i am sticking with glutes for this 1st cycle. Maybe when i start adding in other compounds I'll try the quad again.
I've heard of some ppl injecting into the chest, anyone here try that?
really? if you don't mind me asking, what size needle do you go with? and where exactly on your chest? The glutes are kinda difficult since i have to turn around and cant see everything all that well. seems like chest injections would be easy to control.
Chest isn't bad with a 5/8" 25g. Hell, that's actually one of the better places to pin suspension.
i gotta a questions.
I have been injecting in my butt for 8 weeks now, and for the first 2-3days i cant sit without hurting my ass, im injecting DECA and TEST in the same needle so i know i that causes more pain, but is there somewhere else i can inject that would be as easy as injecting in the butt with less pain?
Have you tried quads?
i havent tried anywhere but my butt since i feel it the safest for me
u mean traps
and yes ive tried it, not the best IMO
really screws up ur future workouts since the traps are used in almost every workout e.g they effect your deadlifts, lat pulls, rows, shrugs, lateral raises etc) so i stay clear of them coz i just found they effected my workout
they also are a pain i the arse to do on your own, i had to get a mate to inject my traps since its a little hard to reach over
I ment traps yes.
Not the best spot?
I just stick to my basic quads and delts routine then.
i do 23g 1.5 inch in glutes, and it feels like heaven on ice.
