    Rep Question

Will doing sets with reps of 8,5,12 allow me to bulk up, or should i be focusing more on the 6-10 range for each set? Thanks

General theory is lower reps (4-8) for strength, higher reps (8-15) for size. It depends on the person though.

agree, i personaly find the 6-10 rep range spot on for most workouts, gives me a good mix of both size and strength

    however everyones bodyparts are different

    for my body
i find chest goes great with 6-8 rep range

rather traps, or calves 12-15 rep range

    or hamstrings 10-12 rep range

    and triceps 8-10 rep range

it all depends on the individual and what works best for you

if never train in the 4 rep range becuase it just doesnt work for me rather others it does

try different things, im sure u know ur body well enough to know what rep ranges dont work for you,

I do, 12, 10, 8, 6 and then two strip sets of 8 with decreasing weights. And a warm up set too on a lightweight of about 15 reps.
