i apologize for this question... it might be a dumb one...
but im looking at protien on Discount suplaments and ill find some that are 10 pounds and relativly cheap but they dont tell me how many grams of protine carbs or fat there are in a serving or anything like that... what kinda protein are u guys using? I have been watching some videos on the diet forum and i got a lil question about protien now... whats the differance between isolated whey and consentrated whey protein?
