Need help for Wing and trap workout

It's very hard for me to get my wings and traps sour, if you guys could please suggest different exercises I can play with them, thanks a lot. Also, with shrugs, how heavy should you go? Should u pump out quick reps, or nice slow, even holding for a sec. or 2 when u pull up? I need size, not trying to get cut anywhere right now.

explosive heavy shrugs with a peak contraction and slow negative will help. deads help also. overhead presses will also hit traps slightly

lats "wings": pull ups, lat pull down, rows. those should get you off to a good start

traps - hold at top then then bring slowly back down. 12-15 reps.
It took me a while to master lat pulldown, once u do it right u will feel your lats getting pumped. theres more info in this section on how to do them. do a quick search.

babrell shrugs rule for me, dont like dumbell coz once u can shrug 70kg dumbells its hard to find a bigger dumbell, its also real uncomforable having dumbels that big on your sides

for lats i find pull ups (add weight to urself if you need) work great

dumbell rows are also a king exercise to me, they help build a GREAT back

Wide and close grip pull downs for wings. Deads and shrugs for traps

awesome, I'll work on that, I already do some of that stuff but only feel the right muscles working slightly. I'll work on the form you guys explain. With the pull ups, should I do real wide grip? should I do regular pull ups, or try to touch the back of my neck to the bar? I find that usually allows me to feel the back muscles a bit more but I can't do them too well.

the more you do it and concentrate on really using the muscles that are supposed to be worked, youll build more of a mind muscle connection and things will move along well. keep good form and youll be good
