effects of missing 1 week?

hi guys

i am currently on the 9th week of my cycle but i missed an injection last week for certain reasons and will continue on with my cycle. Basically what i am saying is that i took a week off in the middle of my cycle for personal reasons and now tomorrow i will continue for the next 4 weeks. are there any negative effects to what i have done?

i inject 1 time a week so i missed 1 injection
