i have been to these forms b4 and i want some advice again... so far im 5'7 and i weigh 150.im 20yrs old. i have done 3 cycles.. but i dont want to jump on another one. im bout to do a blood test to see how my body is doing. i have seen guys who get huge from eatting right and training right. But in my case i dont know y but i drink protein 3 times a day.. on in the moring then two hours frm that i eat and then in the afternoon protein again and two hours frm that eat. then gym for bout 1hr and a half depending on how packd the gym is.. i work out one muscle a week and try to go heavy everytime but steady. after the gym i drink a protein and eat and sleep i go up to like 153 154 and drop back down to 150. i cant pass that lvl.. i wanna get to 170 around there what can i do.?

i grew the most out of this one frm 140 to 165
how nice that i got sick got send to the hospital and they give me some pills that droppd me to 150
so i dont want to shoot up till im 25 or so.. what can you guys help me with?
