    cool, just got a good reicpe for black bean soup--nothing in it except spices, veggies,and chicken broth. not sure about the chicken broth i'll have to look at the info on that---calls for bacon but gonna leave that out

    Combine black beans with Quinoa for an awesome dish, and it forms complete proteins too.

    sorry, whats quinoa---also fitday says the black beans have lik 10gr of fat a serving but i bought some yesterday and the label says they got 0gr fat--idk

    If you buy the black beans in a can rinse them in a strainer to cleanse of sodium, and they should have very low fat to begin with.

    Quinoa, google that. It's my substitute for brown rice.

    one of the best; red beans are the best b/c of their incredibly high anti-oxidant content (one of the top ones)
