I smell ammonia after i run

5'9 180. I have been slowly getting back into the swing of things.

I thought it was Normal for a while but after I run and in the shower the smell of amonioa is overwhelimg. I thought it was my body sweating all the alcohol fat I use to drink off but I'm concered now.

I run on a empty stomach a majority of the time. Est 3-5 miles

    Diet isn't perfect but usually:
Morning: 2 cups oatmeal an egg or two
Lunch: brown rice w 1egg peas carrots
    After workout/run: 1 chicken breast w pasta
    Later: left overs

    Natural no AAS

EDIT: I saw the other post my bad. Disregaurd this post

Many of us have experienced this - especially during prolonged cardiovascular exercise. Your sweat has an acrid, ammonia-like smell. Its from the nitrogen in your body i believe.

So this is a good thing or a sign something needs to change?

its completely normal, its just ur body telling you it burned all your carbs away so its pretty much using deep glycogen and fat storage too keep you going. the smell is an offset gas of nitrogen. Protein is high in nitrogen and when being burned for fuel the ammonia smell is what u get
