How much can I loose bf% per week on this diet?:
Meal 1
1 boiled egg
1 scoop whey
1/4 cup porridge oats
Meal 2
1 scoop whey
1 fish oil capsule
multivits
Meal 3 (Lunch)
1 scoop whey or a meal replacement
multivits
Meal 4
1/2 Tilapia
veggies
Post Workout
1 scoop whey
1 fish oil
Meal 5
1 scoop whey
Energy/fat burning
Green Tea or Yerba Mate, Caffeine,
I am not sure what fat burners would suit me the best!
