I was in the frozen fish section of the grocery store and noticed that they had a HUDGE amount of tilapia. I was shocked to see that it was 10 4oz fillets for 10$. One 4oz fillet has 98 calories and 20g protein. Thats 2 bucks for a dinner. IDK if everyone knew this already but Tilapia is def gonna make it onto my plate more often. Untill now I was strictly a salmon guy.
