    on a bulking cycle...do i need to constantly change my lifting reps?

    on a cycle of test e, should i constantly change how many reps i do each work out? and if so how often,

    should i do like 6-10reps for 2 weeks then like 10-15 for 2 weeks or what...i know that you want to constantly confuse your muscles so any suggestions would help me out a lot thanks guys!

    god, seriously mate do u want to be baby fed?

    yes u should change the rep range up, but theirs no specific pattern

    ur goal on cycle should be to improve ur strength and lift more weight

    stick to the 4-12 rep range, change it constantly

    ALOT of people in this forum change their rep ranges almost every week

    u dont need ot change the rep ranges drasticaly

    ur better off changing the exercises you do for muscle group every 3-4 weeks
