    Muscle Recovery while on AAS

Anyone know how quick the muscle recovery on AAS is, if it is quicker by how much, if I am right a muscle takes up to 48 hours to recover properly, now I'm wondering if any vets here double train a muscle 2 times a week,

because I heard some people do full body workouts like 3 times a week, so I'm wondering if you can double train single muscle hard twice a week.

Bro, are you really expecting a 'general' answer?

Depends on the person, the gear, training, etc...

Personally, on cycle, I can train no more than twice a week REALLY hard for each muscle group.

    Find what works for you.

On cycle I work out 6 days on 1 off, I repeat one of my workouts of whichever body part is lacking most.

I know I have been doing 5 days on 1 day off and cycling, but I'm wondering if I can cycle it 1 day and re-work same muscle in 3 days, don't know if I need to ice up my muscles by jumping into a bath full of ice, or if it can manage by healing by itself. because I'm on AAS which should speed up the process of repairing but I dont know by how much.
