Dosage Question (measurement)

Hi, I am taking liquid var now and the bottle is about to run out. Currently the dosage is 10mg per 1 ML, so I'm taking 1ml which is equal to a 10 mg pill. The new bottle that I'm getting is 50mg per 1 ML, which means .2 ML is equal to a 10 mg pill. How can that liquid be five times stronger than the other liquid? I'm guessing my source made a mistake? I'd appreciate any help.

Concentration levels are simply adjusted.

Example: You can have one cup of water, add 1 scoop of coffee or 3 scoops and still have the same amount of water. One is just more concentrated than the other.

don't confuse the liquid with the active ingredient. liquid means active ingredient (low percent) + carrier (high percent). in a 1ml the active ingredient is lower than 10%.
