    Infection or not? (chest injection)

pinned my left pec a couple of days back, pin didnt go that smooth but i have this bump still there and its a little red, but it isnt itchy or any hotter than the rest of my body. Also as a side note note it didnt go that smooth because i couldn't position my hands to aspirtate so i just went with it because it was taking forever (dumb i know). Should i be worried?

Sounds like how i react to every site injection i do.. Don't worry about it, if it starts getting hot and you start getting flu like symptoms i would then begin to worry

Someone else posted a about a similar scare just days ago. I always get a chest lump on pec injections. For some reason it takes longer for my pec to recover. Don't know why but it always does. The lump never hurts much and doesn't have a negative impact on my training either.

you can try a hot compress to get the swelling down, and massage the area.

im confused about the fact you couldnt aspirate? i do pecs all the time, its perfectly simple to pull back the plunger, you should be alright on the swelling

Have patience bro. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Take your time and do it right

What AAS are you injecting? There is really no reason to be injecting into the pec... there are very few substances that act specifically on the site in which they are injected into. Why not just stick with the Glutes and spare yourself the hassel?

Instead of heat, use ice. I always use ice when I want any swelling to go down. Heat makes swelling worse.

I sometimes have the same thing happen to me regarding my pecs. I can take 1-4 days for the lump to go away and it can be sore. You should be fine just keep an eye on it and keep us posted

When injecting short esters you can't just shoot glutes. I haven't ever tried pecs and probably never will. I hear too many stories like this and I have plenty of other sites to choose from.

iced the bump yesterday and its still there, i think it may have gotten a little better, but is this something that will just eventually go away? the bump feels like a bruise when i touch it.

i think on monday im going to see a doctor, it hasent gotten any better, and i think it looks like its getting bigger and popping out more. it is red and when i touch it, it feel like im touching a bruise. also it seems to be like its affecting that nipple because when ever my other nipple gets hard the side where the bump is doesnt get hard. heres a pic of what it looks like, the camera didnt pick it up but it looks a lot worse

An old friend of mine from the gym had something similar one time a few years ago. He ran antibiotics and was fine within 5 or 6 days.
He told the doc that he used a needle to pop a deep zit to get the antibiotics.
