    quick question from a noob

was just doing some research on cycling for the first time and i was looking at the educational threads, one by mudman in particular about cycles for newbies....

anyway it was saying to run nolvadex and l-dex throughout a test e cycle. i was wondering if this is still recommended as i do not see that many other places. what is the advantage of running these serms during cycle? sorry for any ignorance but i am trying to research here...thanks guys.

well..... it just a precautionary thing. I, personally, would have both of those on hand...... if gyno symptoms arose..... i'd start taking them.

ya i was definately going to have them on hand because ill need them for pct anyway but i was just wondering if it is necessary to run them or if it is do-able with out and just running them if sides occur. i thought maybe they would hinder gains??? is that correct?

If you don't get sides, you don't need them.

They can hinder gains if used in extreme doses, but moderate doses of adex shouldn't kill your gains.
