    Eating problems

    Hey Everyone,

I have been having problems eating for the past couple weeks.
My appitite feels like it is being supressed.

I wake up in the morning and I dont want to eat. I sit down to eat and I feel sick half way through eating. I havent had a protein shake in 2 weeks. I am eating 25% of my usual.

Im just not or never hungry latly.

Im wondering if anyone has had this problem before and how they overcame it. I am under some stress, but not enough to effect me this much/.

Tried that. I dont think its a psycological problem. I think it is a stomach problem.

I know this will increase my appitite while using it, but I cannot find any information on what happens when one stops taking it.

I am assuming that I would end up back where I am now.

I researched my symptoms on the internet:

According to google. I am pregnet/ thanks google

what if it was a bowl of ice cream? or a bacon-wrapped lobster tail? Sometimes, we need to vastly switch it up if our bodies are attempting to reject food. I'm not saying you should eat the above foods, simply wondering if you could be hungry.

sounds like you need some time off from exercising

reductions in quality of sleep, appetite, or unexpected injuries are very often signs of overtraining

you may not psychologically feel 'stressed out', but your body is sending you a pretty clear signal that it may need some rest
