imn on hgh 4 iu a day. ive been on it over 3 weeks.

from friday through to monday, i wont be able to train because my gym is close. i intend to take a rest on these days. is this ok? how long can you rest from hgh for?

Let me see if I understand, you take HGH Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday? That's 4on/3off right? 4iu x 4times per week. I think you might have enough to burn fat, but not much more. I've been taking 5iu/ed for a year. I feel great. I would say if you can afford it stay on HGH everyday for at least 6 months.
