26 Years old
150 Lbs
Height - 5 feet 4 inches
Dbol 30 Mg/Day 1 - 4 weeks
Deca 200 Mg/Week 1 -10 weeks
T Enanthate 200 Mg/Week 1 - 12 weeks
i am 26 years old...i have been working out from my high school and took sterioid for the first time in 2002......this will be my first cycle after 18 months...
i have also bought Supplements - Universal Gain Fast - 1 serving a day, Optimum Gold standerd - 4 Serving a day, Universal Animal pak - 1 Pak a day, Dymatize Amino caps - 2 serving a day and Glutamine 1000 gm glutamine from API- 10 gm a day....
Wells people heres the question...
i prepared a diet chart( including the supplements ) is giving me around
420 grams of protein 450 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat....TOTAL CALORIES is coming around 4400...
Is this good enough for gaining a good few pounds.
Do i need to change the ratio for getting the calories.....or should i require to increase or decrease my diet....
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
