    overweight, looking for diet recommendations

i'm 5'10, 220 pds. some muscle mass in there, but could drop 20-30 pds of fat. getting ready to start back in the gym 5 days a week, been on and off for 3 months due to an arm injury. the only diet i've done before and had success was a low carb diet, but would like to do something a little healthier and helpful to muscle gain.

ideally, getting back in the gym i'm looking to drop the fat and add a little more muscle. there is a chance i could be getting on another cycle of deca or test as a prime, but havent decided for sure yet. either way, looking for some suggestions especially interested in guys that were in similar a "fat" boat.

i lost 30 pounds in less than 6 months while gained some muscle with diet, cardio and lifting. i didn't count calories, i ate 8-10 time a day, basically just ate 1.5 grams of protein per pound body weight, about 200 grams of carbs, and about 50 grams fat. i mostly ate fish, chicken breast, lean beef (London broil) and lots of greens, and in the morning i ate some fruits. but post your diet so Twist or Top can set you up...

    1. NO CYCLE!! Great if you want to hinder your gains for the rest of your life.
    2. Get a diet (cutting diet for sure)
    3. do step 2

look at other members and look at the advice they got and create your own diet and I will check it out.

he means that you will be suppressing your own test at a time where u havent developed a frame (is that right twist? let me know) and by the time you actually have a base you will have no hormones to support it, if you need aas to look like the average gym guy, please expect never to have an above avergae body, and also its because the way you loose fat is by doing cardio and using more energy than u eat...not by taking aas....unless is tren
