    Legs Hurting Lately

Dont know if this is a dumb question or not.

About 5 months ago I started getting really serious about working out and have developed upper body strength quickly, my knees and thighs have been hurting lately and I find myself stretching them out all the time to work out the kinks or whatever. Maybe its the winter cold doing it, im not too sure. Perhaps this is a sign I need to start working out my legs more?

    Thanks.

As of lately I dont really have a workout routine for legs
I am 5' 5" 180lbs ~24% bf . I have big legs to begin with from my genetics, so I dont really pay attention to them. I just mainly work chest, shoulders, arms.

gotta work legs bro. even if its high rep to try to shed body fat. thats half your body dude! and working your legs can greatly improve upper body develpoment. as far as the pain, i have no idea what to tell you, any more info you can provide? any changes in lifestyle, sleeping, work, workouts? dont really have much to work with here.
