For instance, regular Hellman's Mayonnaise, for 1tbsp. is 90 calories, 10g fat, of which 1.5 is saturated. Why would this be bad? Now of course I understand I can't take 4 tbsp. and mix in with a can of tuna, but would 1-2tbsp. per day be so bad?
I'm sure there are other foods out there with similar values that have a bad rap.
