    A few questions

    When you don't workout. What do you do with or in place of.... PRE and PWO meals. Do you skip them, take them or.......

    Should diet sodas be avoided?

    What are the best veggies for cutting?

    if i don't workout i just keep my meals 6-8 times a day, eating clean, no protein shakes.

    diet sodas are garbage anyway...i wouldn't touch them...

    as for greens, broccoli and celery. green beans, green fava beans...pretty much all greens

    one diet soda a day, esp. if it's fighting a (mid-afternoon) sugar craving is fine

    other veggies great for cutting: cauliflower, spinach, asparagus, hearts of palm

    The best thing to drink is water. Good ol water. There is nothing better for you to drink. IMo of course.

    I usually drink about 64 ounces of water before 12pm starting at 8am and another 64 ounces by 5pm. I have no problem drinking water but every now and then a diet Coke is oh so tempting.
