Weighing food on my new digi

Had a digi back when i was into weightlifting hardcore and used to eat 5oz of carbs(cooked)+5oz of meat(cooked)(unless it was chicken I'd do 6oz(idk Y) plus a little maybe 1/4 cup of low sugar spaghetti suace plus 1/2 cup to 1 cup of mixed veggies every two hours until after 6pm then I'd cut the carbs and keep the meat and veggies.

That digi Broke and I just got a new one but i never new for sure how many grams of carbs/protien/fat that i was getting, whenever i read any artical about meal planning they always have an exact amont for all of them but is that cooked or raw?

I had steady gains and lost fat steadily but i just want to make sure I'm getting enough or find out if thats too much(mostly on the meat).

Becuase if I eat a $1.19 double cheese burger at mickey D's thats like 24 grams of protien supposedly. Thats two tiny thin pieces of low quality meat. If eat eat two duoble cheese burgers that would be roughly 48 grams of protien wich is perfect(as far as amont of protien in grams) But theres no way that the meat on two ddollar menue double cheese burgers weighs 5oz.
I buy 80/20 lean ground beef and weigh uot 5 oz cooked so is that too much??

I cook all my meat/rice (or whatever carb im making) at once and store it in the fridge in seperate containers, I pull out what i want measure and mix. So it would be really hard to weigh out a certain ammont of beef cook it then make my meal every two hours, id never leave the kitchen. im trying to find out if anyone makes thier food the same way and what thier "cooked" measurements are...
